Article about footbag

Just before worlds local newspaper Fyns Amts Avis did an article on me.
Here is a crappy google translation:
300 participants from around the globe shreds to see who is best to play with a small ball filled with rice when today held World Footbag Championships in Berlin. Asmus Helms from Svendborg is one of them.
This is the third time the 19-year-old student takes part in World Footbag or Hacky Sack that brief is to keep a small ball filled with rice into the air as long as possible - without using your hands.
The best location, Asmus so far has received is number 16 in a class with 50 participants. But it is not to win that Asmus was taken to Berlin.
- It's more because the game is fun to meet people of all ages with many different countries and cultures who have this little ball in common, he says.
And here are two photos my friend Andreas took for the article:

Vasek Klouda Manual

Vasek recently teamed up with Dan Ednie from Australia to write a manual: How to Play Footbag. It is available for download for US$5 and it is 90 pages of How to train Footbag, The Psychology of Footbag and exact trick tips for sets and downtime components. Half of the money is donated to IFPA so please dont steal and email it to your friends.
